It depend on whether you are in for a small profit or big profit. If you want it big, then government sector is the only way you can make it; that will be in the range of billion to several hundred billions ringgits annually in Malaysia. BY then again, you don't really need much capital and firearms to do it in bolehland, so long as you are good at fanning racial and religion sentiments.
