I have been to Ladakh very close to Bhutan. There are few small countries surrounding the Mountain Range area. I understand...right now...Bhutan is not a stable country. You want to go there..be prepared to feel giddy and dizzy for few days. It's 15,000 miles above sea level...3 times higher than Genting Highland. Justin may know Bhikku Sangasena from Ladakh. He visited Malaysians many times.
