I shall settle for Petra's "Half lies" or more correctly "Half truths."
Half is better than none at all.

Before I can figure out which are the 40% truths and 60% lies, RPK did me a favour here.

By the way, 40% is not 'half', yet this maths genius called it half-truth. I think he got As for his maths, and he is proud for it. He of course a Deputy Minister, mind you.
