The STAR reported that the former Penang chief minister Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu as saying that the Barisan Nasional Government is strong and secure. Tun Dr Lim said this at the opening of a symposium on The Evolution of the Sino-South-East Asian Communities at the Wawasan Open University (WOU) in Penang yesterday (Fri 18 July).
He further added that perhaps the Opposition would have to adjust and adapt themselves in their roles.
Hmm, food for thought from a very seasoned and respected political icon of Penang.
